(1) After braking, the car will "slide" by itself and cannot stop accurately. When the car climbs the slope, it will cause the motor overload and burn the motor.
(2) The transmission shaft of the traveling mechanism is twisted and stressed too much, and the coupling connecting bolt is twisted or even broken.
(3) The deformation of the trolley track causes the wheel slide, even the derailment of the trolley, resulting in the cracking of the lower cover plate and web of the main beam, which seriously threatens the safe operation.
In the process of daily use and management, some unstable factors that affect the performance of the equipment often occur. If they are not handled in time, problems will occur, affecting normal production, or accidents will occur. Therefore, the components of Demag bridge crane should be inspected regularly to avoid accidents.
(1) The uneven wear of the pulley groove of Demag bridge crane is easy to lead to uneven contact of the pulley of the wire rope group. In serious cases, operation accidents may occur. Excessive wear of the pulley shaft is easy to lead to fracture of the pulley shaft. Once the wear exceeds the relevant provisions, it should be replaced.
(2) If the drum of the bridge crane is worn beyond the standard or has fatigue cracks, it is easy to damage the drum. If the roller key is worn seriously, it is easy to cause the key to fall off and cut, and if it is serious, it is easy to cause heavy objects to fall off. In this case, it should be replaced.
(3) If the axle, main shaft and brake wheel of Demag bridge crane brake are excessively worn, the pull rod and spring have fatigue cracks, which is easy to cause brake failure, it should be replaced.
(4) If the dangerous section at the opening of the hook is worn beyond the limit or fatigue cracks appear on the tail wire unloading groove and the hook surface, it is easy to cause the hook to crack, so the hook should be inspected 1-3 times a year, and the problem should be replaced in time.
(5) If the wheel spokes and tread of Demag crane have fatigue cracks, or the wheel rims and tread wear is not standard, it is easy to cause wheel damage, even the crane derailment.
(6) If there is oil on the track of the bridge crane, the motor starts too hard and the wheel pressure is uneven, which is easy to cause the trolley running mechanism to slip; During the manufacturing process, the trolley runs out of alignment, the wheel diameter is not equal, the wheel installation error is too large, and the body deformation needs to be adjusted.
(7) Regularly check the temperature, sound and lubrication of the bearings of each part of the crane. If the reducer sounds abnormal, repair or replace it in time.
