LDO type electric single beam crane is improved on the basis of LDA type electric single beam crane design, O stands for European design. Compared with LDA type electric single beam crane, LDO type electric single beam crane has the characteristics of reasonable structure and strong rigidity. LDO type electric single beam crane adopts box-shaped bridge structure, which is more stable and durable than I-shaped bridge structure of LDA type electric single beam crane. LDO type electric single beam crane also uses the new generation of HC/HM type electric hoist as the main supporting equipment, the working level can be raised from A3 LDA to A4 level, these electric hoist has the advantages of speed regulation, overload protection, high efficiency and so on.

LDA type electric single beam crane is developed on the basis of DL type electric crane developed in the early 1970s, supporting CD type, MD type electric hoist developed in the 1960s. LDA type electric single beam crane is suitable for general occasions, such as workshop, warehouse and so on, not suitable for high temperature, dust, explosive and other special occasions. LDO type electric single beam crane is composed of bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, trolley and its running mechanism. The bridge is of I-shaped steel structure, composed of the main beam and the end bundle. The cart runs on a track, and its forward and backward movement is controlled by a driving device and a braking device. The trolley runs under the main beam, and is controlled by the driving device and the brake device to move from side to side, and the hook to lift or lower the object.

LDO type and LDA type electric single beam crane is a common light small lifting equipment, but they are different in structure. LDO is more advanced and reasonable than LDA, and it is superior in performance.
